Las presentes condiciones regulan la venta de productos y servicios ofrecidos a través del sitio web riopartrufaexperience.es, propiedad de JARATRUFA, S.L.

Products and Services

We sell gourmet agri-food products (fresh black truffle and derived products), as well as tourism and gastronomic experiences linked to the Riópar Trufa Experience project.

Purchase Process

The purchase process is conducted entirely through the website. Before finalizing the order, the user can review the details and correct any errors.

Once the order is confirmed, the user will receive a confirmation email with the purchase details.

Prices and Taxes

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT in accordance with current legislation, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Payment Methods

Payments are made through secure payment platforms (PayPal and/or virtual POS REDSYS). Payment data is processed securely and encrypted.

Shipping

Los productos físicos se envían a la dirección indicada por el cliente durante el proceso de compra. El plazo de entrega habitual es de 24 a 72 horas en territorio peninsular, salvo causas ajenas al titular.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the purchase process and displayed to the customer before finalizing the order.

Acceptance of Terms

Antes de finalizar el proceso de compra, el usuario deberá aceptar expresamente las presentes condiciones legales mediante una casilla de verificación visible junto al botón de pago.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by current Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of Albacete, unless the law mandates a different jurisdiction.
